Symposium High throughput microfluidic quantitative PCR: from tissue to single cell genomics
The high throughput quantitative PCR facility at the Ecole normale supérieure (qPCR-HD-GPC) organizes a one-day symposium on microfluidics technology applied to high throughput genomics analysis.
The objective of the symposium is to bring together scientists and clinicians interested in this approach, to familiarize them with this new technology and its associated applications from tissue to single cell analysis.
The program is divided into four sessions of scientific presentations (20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion)
Session 1 introduces qPCR microfluidics technology and its uses Session 2 presents four applications dedicated to tissue genomics analysis Session 3 focus on genomics at the single cell level Session 4 introduces the latest developments in high throughput proteomics analysis to single cell
Registration is free but required.
The lunch will be generously provided by Fluidigm.
